First of all, this is just the universal help for the entire game. If you want help for a specific class, there will be threads posted about those.
For all basic questions, you should access Phantom's FaQ. That can answer just about any questions about the game that aren't into detail.

If you are wondering when and how to unlock new better moves, access the Move's Table, you can divide the searches up into just about anything you want.
